Chapter Three - "The Great Offering"
Raid Boss: The Sitting Elite (nobles)
Chapter Overview
You walk away from the Eagonites with you guild triumphant, fatigued, but eager for the final raid. As you and your guild approach your guild hall, a messenger sprints towards you, nearly collapsing as he stops to speak:
"Noble adventurers, I have been dispatched by the Sitting Elite to invite you to a tourney of performance and wit on the second after the turning of the month. If you succeed against the Sitting Elite, you will be rewarded with renown and riches. Do you accept?"
You and your guild eagerly accept. The mage and bard quickly start to make plans for the performance while the warrior and ranger look ahead to new information and how to acquire the skills needed to perform for the Sitting Elite. The guild comes together for their final adventures over the next three weeks.
Raid OverviewFor this raid, you will be using the skills you have acquired in rhetoric to sell your game from raid 2 to the Sitting Elite (gaming executives). You will have to use ethos, pathos, logos, kairos, metanoia, and prepon in order to succeed. Make sure all members of the guild use their expertise to pull a solid presentation together. You will be evaluated based on your speaking ability, use of rhetoric, presentation materials, and how well you work together as a guild.
